Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order, with or without modifications, no building, enclosure or other structure shall be erected within the shared curtilage of the converted convent building, (Conversion plots 1-8).21. Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 or any order revoking or re-enacting that Order, with or without modifications, the bathroom window in the east elevation of newbuild plot 8 shall be glazed with obscure glass which shall thereafter be retained at all times.
